What cookies are
1.1. A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. This policy also applies to other storage technologies on your device, such as the browser’s local storage, in accordance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI).
Cookies used by this website
2.1. None. The website robertdenola.cat sets no cookies, whether its own or third-party, and does not use the browser’s local storage. It has no analytics tools or advertising pixels, and the fonts are served from the site itself.
2.2. The booking form communicates with the taula.ai reservation system to send it the data you type in, without setting any cookie.
Third-party cookies when the map is loaded
3.1. On the “Find us” page, the Google Maps map loads only if you click “Show the map”. When you do, Google (Google Ireland Limited) may set its own cookies on your device, governed by its cookie policy (policies.google.com/technologies/cookies).
3.2. If you would rather this did not happen, do not load the map: the links “Open in Google Maps” and “How to get here” take you straight to Google’s website, where its own policy applies.
Why there is no cookie banner
4.1. As the website sets no cookies that require your consent, it shows no banner. Any cookies Google Maps may set appear only after an express action on your part (clicking “Show the map”) which we inform you about in this text and in the privacy policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
5.1. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies · Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security · Safari: Preferences → Privacy · Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions).
Changes
6.1. This policy may be updated. The version in force is the one published on the website.
