Who Robert de Nola was
The cook of King Ferran of Naples, Robert de Nola, was the author of the “Lybre de Coch,” the great Catalan culinary text that was essential during the medieval period throughout the Mediterranean region and was translated into influential languages. Robert de Nola advances with the spirit of flavors and aromas of a lively cuisine, open, restless... that we enjoy and feel as our own.

A gastronomic offer built on the cooking of the land we live in
We cook the food of the land we live in. A kitchen that loves the produce and the ground that grew it, respecting it and working it honestly, with the judgement of today.
In a privileged setting, at the foot of the Farell mountain, on the idyllic Passeig del Remei, we light our stoves every day.
Ours is a contemporary, modern kitchen that keeps faith with the soul and the cultural tradition that has enriched it.
We raise a glass to everyone who breathes the same air and is drawn to this way of doing things.

What our guests say
Comments the restaurant has published on its own website. One of the best rooms in Caldes, very elegant and with real class. The food is very good, with careful presentation and a lot of play between flavours — magnificent. The price is what you would expect at this level; you have to be willing to pay for good food and good wine. For special occasions it is perfect, very, very good.
A beautiful restaurant — I like the decoration very much. The service is highly professional too, they look after you well and their recommendations are always right. The food is delicious. A restaurant to keep in mind when you want to eat out.
Very good value for money. Ask about the seasonal dishes and let them advise you. Restaurants like this one make it possible to enjoy very good cooking more often.
One of those restaurants you have to try. The room is looked after down to the last detail. The food is beautifully worked. The suggestions are always right and the wine list is excellent. The service is highly professional.
